Group Practice Forum (GPF) offers multiple physician reviewed programs and resources to be used across the healthcare spectrum. The tools may be incorporated into clinical processes and clinical practices.

GPF assists clinical practices (physician groups, integrated health systems, hospitals, etc.) by conducting physician and patient assessments -- GPF evaluates the group’s current standards of care, guideline utilization and the patient identification process to identify gaps in care. In order to understand the patient care process and needs, GPF reviews existing educational resources/tools, evaluates patient health literacy concerns and cultural issues, and develops customized programs and tools that fit the needs of the practice.
